Ladies and Gentlemen,

I just wanted to point out that we took bronze sprinkler for two companies in Belgium and Germany. We have some additional samples, and you'll be glad to send if you have some interest in acquiring them.

Our FOB price is U.S. $ 5.25 and is popular in two versions, polished brass Lacqrd. Polished and chrome plated.

Saint-brass sprinkler.

Please let me know if you're interested in and we are happy to send samples so you can see the product itself. We also offer a warm, wooden handle, this is also where you might need.

We are with their commitment to better serve our customers, and I beg you, please do not hesitate to ask me.

We hope to know their position on this offer.

Best regards,
Moh'd Kamaal

  1. SPAM is defined as "commercial request via e-mail. So, if the e-mail when a person is spam.

However, it seems a decent offer for a high quality product, so you need to structure your approach something. You can:
    - Rent or buy a mailing list of companies that the church and send a postcard from the previous text enough so that they can see and read it. Estimated total cost less than $ 1.00 per card sent.
    - Find another company that sells the same customers (which does not compete with you) and ask them by e-mail or include in his catalog. Of course it will cost a fee or may% of sales, negotiable.
    - Find a magazine or an association of suppliers to the church and listing with a slightly revised version of this text and image. Offer a free sample if they come in contact with you via the Internet, e-mail, phone or fax.

    Good luck!

  3. If your message is for a company that is not the spam. If you send the same letter to multiple people, it's spam.
