Operators License Alberta Help!!! How Long Do I Have To Hold My Learner's License In Alberta?

Help!!! How long do I have to hold my learner's license in Alberta? - operators license alberta

I've just finished my students (7) Licensing of Alberta in Canada, and I know what you need to keep for a year before the operator (5). But I've heard that the law was changed and now I must wait 2 years before after the unit. Is that true?
Thank you =]
