Okay. So, my friend's Sweet Sixteen March. It was expected that his dance rave about. We are in a room for rent in a recreation center. We have ideas, but he could really help. Here are some ideas that we have so far:

Music -Rave/Club/Techno/Electronic (no need to submit proposals to that effect)
Mardi Gras accounts
-Throughout the colorful flags

Hors d'Oeuvres
Neon Bright Scarves
