I invest in pans and I can not get in my head. I get "new cooking techniques and know of a good pot / pan made a difference. However, I have never been a Teflon pan, boil an egg, etc. I have stainless steel kitchen, while others ... and it is much like the Macy's @! Anyone out there have recommendations? Thank you!

Frankly, I do not buy a set of two. Buy individual pieces, either cook on a regular basis. Stainless is best for searing and stir-fries. Now begins is wonderful in foods rich in starch.

ReplyDeleteWhen you cook an egg on stainless steel and develop, then stick with it. You will not be able to cook everything in a nonstick pan. But this is not the stick is a better cleaning. Nonstick lose after a few years, no matter how you treat them. Never use metal utensils on teflon or dishwasher. it ruins the coating. Steel may go in the dishwasher.
